You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase products from Core Molecular Solutions. All products sold on this platform are strictly intended for in vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, and scientific inquiry only.

Products are explicitly NOT intended for human, clinical, therapeutic, or veterinary administration, medical diagnosis, cosmetic application, or dietary supplementation. The buyer acknowledges that these compounds have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

3. Buyer Representations & Warranties

By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that:

  • They possess the equipment, facilities, and knowledge necessary to handle, store, and dispose of chemical research materials safely.
  • They will not misbrand, misuse, or redistribute any materials supplied by Core Molecular Solutions.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation include suspected misuse of products, regulatory compliance flags, billing errors, or inventory limitations. Orders are considered finalized only upon successful payment verification and shipment confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Core Molecular Solutions, its officers, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the handling, storage, purchase, or use of any product purchased through this website. The customer assumes all operational liability and responsibility upon receipt of goods.
