• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 Business Days via Express Shipping Options.
• Packaging: Products are packaged in discreet, temperature-appropriate containers designed to maintain product integrity during transit.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory-grade chemicals, peptides, and reagents, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has shipped or left our fulfillment facility. This policy ensures chain-of-custody integrity, purity standards, and sterility for all laboratory customers.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your package arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of carrier delivery:

1. Take clear photos of the outer shipping box, inner packaging, and damaged items.
2. Email support with your order number and photo documentation.

Upon verification, we will issue a replacement shipment or store credit at no additional charge.
